From September 10 to 22, the festival culinaire et solidaire Martinique Gourmande, will spread the flavors of the flower island across Quebec for a 17th edition under the theme "Back to the roots". Over the course of 12 days, you'll be able to taste Martinique at nearly 40 participating establishments, as well as at the famous Marché Créole at the Pavillon du Grand Quai in the Port of Montreal, on September 14 and 15. 4 guest chefs from Martinique will concoct some of the island's gastronomic gems in a friendly, festive atmosphere, just like the destination itself.
